By participating in It’s All Sacred forums such as The Lunar Lounge, messaging, or events, you agree to these terms.

PURPOSE & SCOPE

This policy governs:
Digital Spaces: Forums (e.g., Lunar Lounge), DMs, review systems.
In-Person Gatherings: Vendor-buyer meetups, marketplace-sponsored events.
All Users: Vendors, buyers, guests, and moderators.

Philosophy:
"We cultivate a sacred space where commerce and spirituality intersect with respect, integrity, and accountability."

1. CORE PRINCIPLES

A. Respectful Engagement

• Zero Tolerance For:
  • Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination (race, gender, religion, etc.).
  • Doxxing, stalking, threats or intimidation.
  • Sexual harassment of ANY kind (including unsolicited erotic/spiritual content).
  • Unsolicited spiritual "readings" or services.
  • Gatekeeping: No dismissing others’ beliefs (e.g., "That’s not real witchcraft").

• Cultural Sensitivity:
  • Vendors must disclose if selling items from closed traditions (e.g., Indigenous smudging kits).
  • Users may discuss cultural practices only with proper attribution (e.g., "In my Yoruba tradition…").
  • No Exploitation: Avoid romanticizing trauma (e.g., "I wish I was oppressed to access X tradition").

• Respectful Engagement

  • No predatory behavior: This includes "mentorship" offers that solicit personal information.
  • Trigger warnings: Required for sensitive topics (e.g., trauma, abuse). Use "[TW: Abuse]" in post titles.

B. Safety & Privacy

• Prohibited:
  • Sharing private messages/screenshots without consent.
  • Organizing off-platform transactions (avoid scams; use our checkout).
  • Meetups in non-public spaces unless verified by It’s All Sacred.

AGE RESTRICTION

No one under 18 permitted on the platform. By using It’s All Sacred, you affirm you are 18+.

• Verification: We reserve the right to request ID for age confirmation.
• Termination: Accounts found to belong to minors will be banned immediately.

 

2. CONTENT GUIDELINES

Allowed	Prohibited
Personal spiritual experiences	Medical/legal advice (e.g., "Throw away your meds")
Requests for guidance (e.g., "How do I use this crystal?")	Fear-mongering (e.g., "You’ll be cursed if you don’t…")
Ethical shop promotions (1x/week)	Spam (≥2 identical posts/week)
Respectful debates	Proselytizing ("Join my sect!")

 

Special Cases:

• Divination: All readings must include: "For entertainment/spiritual exploration only."
• Animal Parts: Must disclose sourcing (e.g., "Ethically found deer bones").

3. CONFLICT RESOLUTION

• Public Disputes: Move heated debates to DMs or contact moderators.
• Reporting: Flag harmful content via [report@itsallsacred.com] with:
  • Screenshots + user links.
  • Context (e.g., "This user threatened me in DMs").
• Consequences:
  • 1st Offense: Warning + content removal.
  • 2nd Offense: 7-day suspension.
  • 3rd Offense: Permanent ban.

4. MODERATOR AUTHORITY

Moderators may:

• Edit/remove posts violating rules without notice.
• Temporarily mute repeat offenders.
• Escalate legal/safety issues to platform admins.

Appeals: Email [appeals@itsallsacred.com] within 14 days.

HOW TO REPORT

• Email [trust@itsallsacred.com] with:
  • Username + screenshot.
  • Rule violated (e.g., "Age restriction breach").
• Anonymous reports: Accepted but may limit follow-up.
