Selling Basics
Product Listings
Accuracy: Provide clear and truthful descriptions of your products, including details about materials, dimensions, and any variations.
Prohibited Items: Do not list items that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate platform-specific restrictions. See our Prohibited Items Page for more details.
Sellers must utilize their original photographs or videos—not stock images or those from other sellers.
Transparency about the creation process and materials used is encouraged.
What Cannot Be Sold
Items that do not meet our marketplace criteria, violate intellectual property rights, or are prohibited activities. See our Prohibited Items Page for more details
Listings cannot be created for the purpose of sharing referral codes, want ads, or crowdfunding.
Customer Service & Communication Standards
Communication: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, aiming to reply promptly.
- Policies: Update and be clear in all your policies.
Order fulfillment: Process and ship order within the time frames specified in your shop policies.
Issue Resolutions: Address any problems and disputes professionally, working towards amicable solutions.
Being a Part of Our Community
Privacy and Protecting Personal Information
Protect the privacy of fellow community members and adhere to all applicable data protection laws.
Sellers must have and comply with their privacy policy, which must be accessible to the users they interact with on It’s All Sacred.
Managing Your It’s All Sacred Shop
Provide honest and accurate information about yourself, your items, and your shop.
Clearly outline your policies on shipping, returns, exchanges, and payments.
Honor your shop policies and accurately represent your items in listings and photos.
Respect the intellectual property of others and not facilitate off-platform transactions.
Provide accurate information about your business, including contact details and, if applicable, business registration numbers.
Seller Standards
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of your items.
Maintain high standards of customer service and build trust with your buyers.
Honor Cultural and Spiritual Practices
Be mindful and respectful of the cultural and spiritual significance of the items or service your offer. Misappropriation and commodification of such practices are strictly prohibited.
Educate yourself and others about the traditions and cultural backgrounds of the items you sell, ensuring their representation is respectful and accurate
Taxes and Financial Responsibility
All sellers are solely responsible for understanding, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes (including but not limited to sales tax, VAT, or income tax) as required by their local laws and regulations. It’s All Sacred Marketplace does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of sellers.
Please note that all transactions conducted through It’s All Sacred are strictly between the buyer and the seller. The Marketplace serves only as a platform for connection and does not act as an intermediary in the payment process. Sellers are responsible for processing payments directly and managing all associated financial obligations. It’s All Sacred does not collect or hold any funds on behalf of sellers or buyers.
Compliance and Enforcement
Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in account suspension, termination, or other actions as deemed necessary. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment and will intervene in cases of policy violation.
